The small print: the 5%, samples and the guarantee

Changing package. You can move up or down a package at renewal with 30 days' notice. If your range or stock cannot support a package, we will tell you before you start.

The 5% applies only to sales from creators we introduce, after refunds. Creators you already work with are never included. Samples are paid by you at cost price: about 25, 40 or 65 a month depending on your package. Your free video estimates this cost.

The guarantee. If fewer creators post by day 30, or in any later month, than your package promises, you do not pay for the next month and we continue until the number is reached. Posting means at least one shoppable video of your product in that month. The guarantee requires sample approval within 48 hours, your best sellers in stock and the agreed commission. It covers creators posting, not sales, because sales also depend on your product.

What if a creator takes a sample and never posts?

We follow up on day 5 and day 10. If they have not posted by day 14, they receive no further samples. We only send samples to creators who sold in your category in the last 30 days and whose videos suit your shop.

What happens after day 30?

We keep your package's number of creators posting every month. Creators who sell move to 18% commission and receive more samples. Creators who post but do not sell stop receiving samples and are replaced. Invitations continue, and we prepare creators 3 weeks before Christmas, the January sales and Valentine's Day. The Friday report continues, with a 15-minute review on the first Friday of each month.

Can I cancel?

Yes. After the sprint, the service is monthly and you can cancel with 30 days' notice by email. We invoice each month, so nothing is charged after you leave.

What happens to the creators I already have?

They are included in the same Friday report, with a recommendation for each one. We never charge 5% on their sales.

Can you work alongside my own team or agency?

Yes. Creators your team or agency already work with remain theirs, and we never charge 5% on their sales.

Will month one make me money?

Not always. Month one often builds the group of creators who sell in months two and three. You will see the progress in every Friday report.

Who will I deal with?

The person who records your free video manages your account from day 1 and sends every Friday report.

Do creators follow our rules on product claims?

Every creator receives your approved claims and brand rules before posting. We check each video once it is live. If a video breaks your rules, we ask the creator to edit or remove it and stop sending them samples. This matters most for health, baby and eco claims.
